Seasonal detox programs have been a key part of my personal health plan since 1975 and I have been recommending them to my patients at PMCM for many years with great success. So, I am excited to be offering this well-tested healing program online.

This 2-week course encapsulates all my experience and includes three live webinars plus extensive support materials that I have created to allow you to craft your own personalized seasonal detox plan.

The course combines two of my most popular books, Staying Healthy with the Seasons and The Detox Diet, and introduces several different approaches, such as my unique “Detox Soup” as well as guidelines for a smoothie based detox and juice cleanses as well as the Detox Diet itself, so you can customize your plan to the season, climate and your personal needs.
