How can we stay safe and still experience the joys of summer?
The pandemic persists and even as shelter-in-place is easing around the world many people are still feeling the underlying stress and challenges of these unusual times. If we can, it is vital to stay connected to Nature, whether in the great outdoors, walking, hiking, biking, or closer to home in our gardens and parks, and even closer by staying in touch with the inner natural world of our own bodies. What can we do to adjust and optimize our health?
Besides reviewing our current issues, we will discuss our immune strength and then focus this class on Summer Health, and how to adapt our activities. We definitely need to address our fitness and exercise programs. Being outdoors, in my opinion, is much safer than being inside with others.
Each season has unique opportunities and ways to optimize your health.
